Billy Ray Gifford, of Paden, Oklahoma, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at the age of 87. Bill was born Tuesday, March 10, 1936 in Boswell, Oklahoma. He was the son of James Talley and Millie Carrie (Garner) Gifford. He graduated from Borger High School in Borger, Texas and following high school, proudly served his country in the United States Army. After his service he went to work at Tinker AirForce Base where he retired after 40 years. Bill married Helen Nadine Combs on September 30, 1961 and the couple raised two children.

Kenneth, known as Kenny to many, was born to Kenneth Sapp and Virginia Fenstermacher on October 25th, 1960 in Orange, California. Kenny married his wife Veronica on March, 1st 2006, and together they shared the love of family, while continually growing their family. Kenny is survived by his father Kenneth Joe Sapp and wife, Suzi, and mother Virginia Bryce and her husband Don. His wife Veronica; his daughter Christine Markwell and her husband Jeffery; his son Kenneth Daniel and his wife Jackie and their two children Kinsley and Kenneth Carter; Kevin Parish and his daughter Cassadi; Tommy Parish; and Shawn Parish and his wife Sandra and their children Kyle, Pheonix, and Scott. His sisters and brother, Theresa Sue and husband Mark Fleming; brother Heath Sapp and wife Brandi; Dana Moore and her husband Cory; along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Kenny loved his children and was even claimed by them as their best friend.
