Read moreJust today, I’m missing my Texas preaching buddy Tom Nuckels. We met while I was preaching in Central Texas years ago. Found out that I preached to Tom’s mom back in the Nineties. Tom was an interesting guy. He had been a missionary to Colombia and spoke fluent Spanish, which was a plus in Elgin, Texas. An avid fisherman, Tom always carried a collapsible fishing rod in his vehicle.
