Shari Maxwell

Shari Nan Maxwell, 76, entered into eternal peace with the loving presence of our Lord, on May 11, 2019, in New Braunfels, Texas.

Shari was born in Talihina, Oklahoma on March 29, 1943. She enjoyed a wonderful upbringing in Seminole, Oklahoma where she graduated from Seminole High School Class of 1960. She married the late Richard Paul Maxwell on March 2nd, 1998. She retired from AT&T in Oklahoma City, OK in 2005.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard Maxwell of 16 years; her parents Les & Thula Markham; her brother Chic Bradshaw and her sister Jackie Davidson.

She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her son Scott Ward and his wife Tina of New Braunfels, Texas, Dale Maxwell and his wife Ronda of Waukomis, Oklahoma, Doug Maxwell and his wife Lori of Enid, Oklahoma; her sister Debbie Willson and her husband Bob of Seminole, Oklahoma; six grandchildren, Allen Odom, Andrew Berry, Casey Maxwell, Ricky Maxwell, Derek Maxwell, and Dustin Maxwell; Nephews and Nieces Hal Davidson and his wife Linda; Homer J Davidson and his wife Cosette; Glenda Bradshaw; Carla Vanhook and her husband Bill; Curtis Bradshaw and his wife Brenda; Lia Harrison and her husband Dale; Lacy Alexander and her husband Steve and great nieces and nephews Barron, Brace, Dane, Eric, Brandon, Shannon, Melissa, Brad, Ethan, Kaleb, Alayna, Sylar, Lily Ann and Lincoln.

Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, May 17, 2019 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with Tim Tate officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Seminole, Oklahoma.

Casket bearers will be Steve Alexander, Dale Harrison, Ethan Tanyan, Kaleb Harrison, Curtis Bradshaw and Don Paddock. Honorary casket bearer will be Bobby Willson.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
