Read moreDon E. Schultz, one of the pioneers of Integrated Marketing Communications, passed away June 4, 2020 in Evanston, IL. He was 86. Dr. Schultz was born in Wewoka on January 20, 1934 to Carl and Loretta Schultz, and grew up in Seminole, graduating from Seminole High School in 1952. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Heidi; three sons, Steve of San Jose, CA, Brad of Shelbyville, IN, and Jeff of Carmel, IN; and seven grandchildren. There will be no funeral, but it is anticipated a memorial service will be held on the Northwestern campus in the Fall after coronavirus restrictions are eased. In place of flowers, the family requests either a gift to be added to an endowed fund in the IMC program at Northwestern being created by Don and Heidi Schultz, or to the Kellogg Cancer Center of Evanston Hospital.
