I recently had the privilege of participating in a groundbreaking ceremony for a new state-of-the-art Oklahoma Law Enforcement Tactical Training Facility that will be built in Wellston, near State Highway 102 and Memorial Road. This is a huge project. The new facility that will meet the needs of all law enforcement entities will include a driver training track, firearms ranges, a bomb disposal field, classrooms, a medical unit, dormitories and physical education areas.
